This app is used for registering safety related incidents to the host server , where user can upload the incident with photo and description and assigned to departments . With the help of this app record maintaining maintaining gets easy. By this tool user can store the incident and tag respective person in other department.
after resolving the safety issue the resolver updates the status to the user who raised the safety incident via app.
